Dois Pontos
The proposal for this project was to create a Zine from a place description from the book: The Dictionary of Imaginary Places
The concept of the zine emerges from the introductory phrase of the description of Fílide, highlighting the traveler's experience in appreciating a diversity of unique bridges. However, staying in this place results in the gradual fading of the city.
The development of the zine was conceived around the gathering of digital paintings of bridges created by various artists. These works were reinterpreted by an artificial intelligence, generating new visual representations. The aim is to establish a connection between the bridges and the fading of the city at the conclusion of the description.
To achieve this association, I chose to use a grayish paper. Additionally, applying a halftone filter to the generated images provides a variety of grayscale tones, enhancing the atmosphere of the narrative, after all, bridges are structures that connect "two points."

The most significant change was the adoption of images generated by artificial intelligence as a solution to standardize the various proportions of the original works. From the initial prompt, I was able to establish and define a specific ratio for generating these images, ensuring visual coherence and aesthetic harmony in the zine as a whole.
